Maria Balthasar (マリア・バルタザール Maria Barutazāru) is a young girl residing in Shevat who pilots Seibzehn, a special Gear her father, Nikolai, created to protect her home. Her father was kidnapped by Solaris to make new Gears, thus giving Maria a large grudge against Solaris. Maria's grandfather is the gear engineer Balthasar. Although her gear is powerful, Maria's physical attacks are weak. However, she can use ether attacks to call Seibzehn to attack enemies, even in enclosed areas.

Daisaku Kusama is the main protagonist of the anime/manga franchise Giant Robo. Though only a young boy, he is a member of the International Police Organisation's elite group of heroes, the Experts of Justice, and although he possesses no superhuman talents he does command the most powerful robot on Earth, the mighty Giant Robo.
